通过retusiusine A的核磁共振解析讲授研究生课程《物质结构鉴定与表征》(1)
[摘要]本文以兰科植物藓叶卷瓣兰中分离得到的一个新化合物retusiusine A的综合解析为例,讲授研究生课程《物质结构鉴定与表征》中的核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance)波谱分析内容。retusiusine A结构中包含苯环、含氧取代碳和不含氧取代碳,而且其核磁数据不重叠,非常适合作为核磁共振授课内容。
